Classic Table Tennis encompasses three main variations: Sandpaper (also referred to as Lija and Clickball), Classic Hardbat, and Classic Wood.

As the authority in the sport, the ICTTF organizes and sanctions prestigious World Championships and National Qualifier events. Additionally, the federation establishes official ratings and rankings for players worldwide across the Sandpaper, Classic Hardbat, and Classic Wood categories.
